Wharton Executive Education (WEE) is strategically moving to capitalize on multi-channel opportunities with a focus on delivering continued sales growth through customer relations while leveraging Wharton’s renowned educational brand. A key element in driving our growth strategy is to continue to enhance our sales and engagement capability via inbound and outbound approaches.
Reporting to the Vice Dean of Executive Education, the Associate Director will support Business Development activity, including but not limited to account management and loyalty program activities. The Associate Director will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on business trends, competitive landscape and CRM dashboards. The Associate Director will be responsible for sales tools used by the Business Development Team. Additionally, the Associate Director will support all phases of the proposal process. This position acts as a liaison during class experience (testimonials, referrals, evaluations affecting marketing) and maintains client referral tracking system/provide references to potential participants. The Associate Director also acts as a liaison with Marketing, IT and Administration.
