Responsible for the managing of CMMS systems, processes and strategies such as: data integration, operational reporting, ad-hoc & analysis, dashboards and data mining exercises. Works with business leaders to create policies and execute corporate initiatives in regards to organization, technology and strategic efforts. Works across multiple technologies to ensure tools, reports, process and procedures support consistent data and enable accurate reporting. Partners with Operations to ensure field practice and procedures support operations processes and data accuracy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads triage and first tier business tools technology support to account team and client end users, including incident/ problem management to end users via the phone/web on moderately complex issues regarding business tools technology. This includes direct application support, data analysis, or business process analysis to address support issues.
Liaises with Technology Director and business tools technology team for 2nd and 3rd tier support and enhancements. Organizes and compiles learnings into useable and transferable processes and training. Completes setup activities of business tools technology throughout deployment process.
Position requires higher level of organization, leadership, technical complexity management and account interface.
Leads projects and coordinates involvement of personnel from other departments and information technology groups to facilitate successful project implementations. Projects may include CMMS system improvements, validations and implementations.
Leads teams, internal and external through complex technology integrations, defining risks, mitigations, driving to solutions and implementation. Escalates clearly defined risks to management.
Leads the end-to-end model development process from problem identification through data gathering, analyses, gaining consensus, and implementation into business practice.
Prepares and presents results of analysis and reports along with their relative impact(s) to the business to all levels of management.
Understands the conceptual, logical and physical data models necessary to support the analytic data requirements.
Interfaces with the client at multiple levels of the organization including their systems leadership. Acts as primary subject matter expert. Initiates and leads communication regarding projects, reporting, staff roles and responsibilities, etc.
Conducts software and data testing for new features and new implementations. Works easily within a compliance environment with validated systems, ensuring Operational processes, procedures and training support the validated state.
Assigns tasks, responsibilities, evaluates and mentors staff.

Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Recommends staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training, including two years of experience at the management level.
Previous Project Management, Business Analytics and/or Commercial Real Estate industry and/or related experience preferred.
Advanced skills in financial modeling, planning, database management/business intelligence.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook; Advanced understanding of the following technologies: Enterprise Reporting Tool; SSRS Network and server architecture; Microsolf.NET Framework; SQL, C#.NET, ASP.NET, C+, VB.NET, Java, Technology security standards. Advanced knowledge of business tools including CMMS, especially MAXIMO and SI7, Space Management, Energy, Real Estate, etc. and analytic systems and tools that support them. Project planning and coordination experience preferred.
