The EMEA HR Reporting and Analytics team is part of the Shared Services organisation within Global Human Resources. The primary focus of our team is to deliver employee based reporting and analytic solutions through advanced consultation. Our business partners include HR Technology, Global Human Resources Leadership and internal consumers of employee data across all lines of businesses. Key priorities for our team are to build and maintain relationships with business partners, act as subject matter experts on employee data and as an intermediary between business and technology to create strategic reporting solutions.
The HR Reporting & Analytics Service Delivery Consultant will be responsible for consulting and delivering strategic and innovative reporting solutions to resolve complex business needs for the EMEA region. This role will be responsible for maintaining current reporting solutions as well as building and implementing new reporting and analytics to support business metrics. Act as SME on HR Systems to support business functions relying on data for various processes. With regular visits to London, this role is based in Camberley and you will be working as part of the larger Reporting, Analytics & Data Governance team reporting to the EMEA HR Reporting & Analytics Manager.
Work with the HR Reporting & Analytics Client Managers to create, build and deliver strategic reporting and analytical solutions to agreed timelines and standards
Production of data insight and analysis, converting data into meaningful stories
Partner with various teammates to research and problem solve complex business data issues across all HR functional areas (e.g. HR Generalists, Compensation, Leadership Development)
Build and maintain relationships with business partners to understand business priorities, and impacts on data and reporting
Manage access requests and provide training on self-service HR reporting tools
Manage and maintain business consultation queues related to production incidents, change requests and custom report requests
Provide quality assurance testing of reports and dashboards
HR reporting & analytics experience
Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence, Workday, Tableau, Alteryx
Ability to translate requirements into solutions
Relationship management skills/experience including the ability to communicate and influence.
Proven data orientation and analytical skills, as well as the ability to apply a combination of inductive and deductive reasoning to examine information, interpret results, arrive at logical conclusions, and recommend solutions; inclusive of data mining and ad hoc reporting
Excellent team collaborator in addition to being able to work independently
Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks/stakeholders; strong organizational and time management skills
Good attention to detail with excellent communication skills
Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking, facilitation, client service orientation, influence, teamwork and collaboration
Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint skills (tables, graphs, etc.), Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc., Data Manipulation) and Access
Ability to assimilate complex data into a results-based story and effectively present the results; including the ability to develop concise, effective senior level presentations
Commitment to continued learning of HR tools, functional areas, and processes
Expert understanding of Privacy policies in relation to Global Human Resources
Financial service industry experience
Degree level education or equivalent work experience
