Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent professional experience) 2+ years' experience with reporting & analysis Experience communicating with Marketing, Operations and Business leaders Demonstrated proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, business intelligence toolsPreferred Qualifications:Project management skills Business analysis background Curiosity to identify how analysis and associated insights can lead to opportunities Enthusiasm to constantly identify efficiency opportunities with reporting, budgeting and other repeated activities Desire to become a subject matter expert on reporting systems and capabilities for the organizationCareers with Optum.
