In this role you will provide leadership in the management and development of products. You will be empowered to do your best to develop the strategy and vision for product roadmaps that align with data strategies, establish collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders, gather accurate requirements and evaluate product performance to enhance our mission of helping people live healthier lives. Primary Responsibilities: Think strategically, and creatively, about how data management initiatives and stakeholder experience should work - translating a vision to processes and requirementsNavigate and influence multiple cross-functional teams in a complex, matrix work environmentManage cross-segment data-centric projects and initiatives that require problem solving, relationship building, influencing and analyzingAdapt departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challengesInfluence data management innovation across teams to ensure aligned; cohesive progress across technology, marketing, and service operationsEnsure there is a clear understanding of the opportunities of the problems that need to be solved and the benefit of the solutionIdentify capabilities required to solve complex data-centric problems; prioritize problems and develop a road map that offers alternate methods of solving the problemCertify the scope of the work that is scheduled in releases will achieve the benefit and value that is effected Manage and ensure that the Requirements support the scope of the requirements
Required Qualifications: Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience 5+ years of Product Management or Product development or Consulting experience (consulting between the business and a technical team, serving as a liaison)5+ years of Experience breaking down requirements into Feature Level requirements and User Stories in an Agile environment5+ years of Experience in data management functions (e.g., data warehousing, ETL, business intelligence, Big Data (Hadoop preferred), cloud infrastructure)Proficiency with MS Office applicationsDemonstrated ability to achieve goals in a matrix environmentDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence othersEffectively communicate at all levels of the organization Experience working with Director level and above to define problems and priority of workPreferred Qualifications: Advanced DegreeHealthcare experience Background in HealthCare Industry Knowledge of Claims, Eligibility, Payer and Provider interactions Experience with Aha! and CA Agile Central (Rally)Make your mark today.
