And you'll do your life's best work.(sm) Primary Responsibilities:Compile, assess and summarize complex information to deliver insights and inform future actions Drive a consistent communication rhythm on consumer communications performance outcomes, keeping various customer, IT, business, marketing and operations leaders in synch with overall performance and insights Lead holistic approach to consumer communications, supplying data - driven analytics to improve consumer sentiment, drive flawless execution, and provide data - driven solutions and insights Collaborate closely with Business Operations, Client Management, Call Center, and Consumer Engagement Communications (marketing) teams to create analysis and reports to support goals and insights Be a thought leader, constantly pushing the envelope and challenging both leadership and collaborative partners when it comes to analytics and metrics Drive on - demand reporting and a focus on deep, consumer level insights and predictive analysis Proactively engage in daily monitoring of communications and marketing data to create baseline expectations and understanding of information, used to drive analysis, insights, and recommendations Recommend and support system and operational enhancements to drive more strategic collection, use, and analysis of consumer insights and data based on executive priorities Support development and adoption of on - demand integrated reporting & analysis of consumer behavior against stated goals and KPIs Support departmental and organizational plans and priorities to accomplish yearly revenue and consumer satisfaction goals Drives key analytics strategies for consumer engagement and marketing operations on complex and / or critical issues Prepares and presents (in person and / or via teleconference) reports, analysis, and presentations to colleagues and leaders Solves complex problems and develops innovative solutions Performs complex conceptual analyses Executes analysis and reporting strategies that are aligned with best practices Possess a balance of analytical and strategic thinking skills, while being focused on producing and executing high quality insights and analysis Work within cross - functional teams, using data and analytics and technologies to drive decisioning Execute deliverables utilizing Domo, Excel, Business Objects, PowerPoint and other tools Utilize excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects, under quick deadlines and be able to respond quickly and accurately to change Generally work is self - directed Work with less structured, more complex issues Serves as a resource to others
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent professional experience) 7+ years' experience with digital data strategy, reporting & analysis Experience communicating with Marketing, Operations and Business leaders Demonstrated proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, business intelligence tools Experience with R Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills Ability to manipulate complex data to deliver against analytical and / or reporting needs Ability to summarize data stories in an executive summary format Demonstrated ability to build a collaborative culture and relationships across the organization and with external strategic and technical partners Curiosity to identify how analysis and associated insights can lead to opportunities for the business Enthusiasm to constantly identify efficiency opportunities with reporting, budgeting and other repeated activities Desire to become a subject matter expert on reporting systems and capabilities for the organizationPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Tableau, Domo, Business Objects, SQL or other analysis tools Experience in marketing operations or marketing data and analyticsCareers with Optum.
