The Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data as required / requested making best practice recommendations on data corrections and enhancements. The Analyst must be able to write / modify SQL code to obtain the records needed to perform data quality analysis. Individual must have the ability to look at the big picture and make recommendations on best practices to correct the data issues and prevent them in the future. Primary Responsibilities:Responsible for the management and manipulation of mostly structured data, with a focus on building business intelligence tools, conducting analysis to distinguish patterns and recognize trends, performing normalization operations and assuring data qualityCreating specifications to bring data into a common structure, developing data solutions to support analyses, performing analysis, interpreting results, developing actionable insights and presenting recommendations for use across the divisionProducing and managing the delivery of activity and value analytics to external stakeholders and clientsTeam members will typically use business intelligence, data visualization, query, analytic and statistical software to build solutions, perform analysis and interpret dataPerform additional duties and responsibilities as required / assigned
