If you're up for the challenge, join us today.Primary Responsibilities:Gather and document business requirementsAnalyze and interpret complex data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the business and clientsDevelop recommended business solutions through research and analysis of data and business process and implement when appropriate Support short- and long-term operational/strategic business activities through analysis Present analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planningProduce, publish and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc client and operational reports relating to the development and performance of products, processes and technologiesYou need to ask yourself if you're good with constant change. Required Qualifications:3+ years of experience in the following areasData and report analysisBusiness/finance, including analysis experience with a solid understanding of data storage structures Working with relational databases and database structures Gathering and documenting requirements from the client/business Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) Ability to communicate analysis, including trends and opportunities, to clients and the business in writing and verbally Ability to problem solve, including multiple priorities, conflicting research and/or inaccurate dataPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, or related field1+ years of experience with project methodology (requirements, design, development, test and implementation)Experience in the health care Industry Careers at UnitedHealthcare Medicare & Retirement.The Boomer generation is the fastest growing market segment in health care.
