Position SummaryHBCS Financial Analysts are responsible for providing forecasting, analysis, research, and special project support to developers and company management with supervision. Essential Job Functions
Build/maintain financial models and forecasts to inform the business.
Business development related projects (Business KPI management, Sales Revenue, and Profit control)
Perform budget and forecasting analyses utilizing modeling skills.
Perform compliance reporting and forecasting.
Update and maintain financial models and databases.
Pursue self-improvement in technical and management skills.
Perform ad-hoc analysis in support of management decision making
Perform other duties as assigned.
EducationBachelor's degree in accounting and/or finance, CFA or CPA preferred. Experience and Qualifications
One to four years of financial planning and analysis
Prior experience with business systems (ERP and Business Intelligence tools experience; with JD Edwards, and Hyperion a plus).
Solid analytical and modeling
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
Ability to prioritize for self and others, strong organizational
Ability to look at process and make necessary
Ability to define problems and organize efficient solutions, analyze data, and draw valid conclusions
Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office applications. Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel is required.

Must demonstrate strong attention to detail, and demonstrate knowledge of finance concepts and processes.
