In this role you will provide leadership in the management and development of products. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (or higher) with 7+ years of equivalent experience or High School Diploma / GED with 10+ years equivalent work experience in software development or technical product development 7+ years of Product Management or Product development or Consulting experience (consulting between the business and a technical team, serving as a liaison) 5+ years of experience breaking down requirements into Feature Level requirements and User Stories in an Agile environment 5+ years of experience in data management functions (e.g., data warehousing, ETL (extract, transform, load), business intelligence, Big Data (Hadoop preferred), cloud infrastructure) Proficiency with Microsoft Word (creating and editing documents), Microsoft PowerPoint (creating and editing decks for presentations), Microsoft Excel (general spreadsheet navigation, sorting and data entry), and Microsoft Outlook (calendar and email) Experience working with Director level and above to define problems and priority of workPreferred Qualifications: Master's Degree (or higher) Healthcare experience Knowledge of Claims, Eligibility, Payer and Provider interactions Experience with Aha! and CA Agile Central (Rally)Soft Skills: Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a matrix environment Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence others Effectively communicate at all levels of the organization TechnologyCareers with Optum.
