Under general supervision, the incumbent will have primary responsibility for performing a full range of fiscal activities in support of Facilities renovation projects, and has broad administrative and responsibilities for managing, analyzing and monitoring Facilities Management renovation team project budgets and operations of approximately 300 projects valued at $40 million and operating funds for the Project Services unit. The incumbent is also responsible for analyzing and monitoring approximately $4 million in project management fees that are recharged annually. The incumbent performs significant complex and technical analyses, and serves as primary point of contact within the University as well as with UCOP and the external community for all project accounting and financial issues. Incumbent manages the project accounting unit and develops and maintains well documented and efficient processes with adequate internal controls to support as many as 300 projects at any one time valued at over $40 Million per year.
This position requires an in-depth knowledge of a wide range of budget/finance concepts, principles, policies, and practices, as well as specialized knowledge of capital accounting and processes. The incumbent must have strong critical thinking skills, analytical skills, skill to work with and optimize data and reporting in complex business intelligence and data warehouse systems, political acumen, and excellent oral and written communication skills.

Salary: Range $65,564.00 - $89,432.00 Total Hours: 8-5, M-F Career Position. Must have a valid CA driver's license and must participate in the DMV Pull-Notice Program.
