If you're up for the challenge, join us today.Primary Responsibilities Gather and document business requirementsAnalyze and interpret complex data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the business and clientsDevelop recommended business solutions through research and analysis of data and business process and implement when appropriate Support short- and long-term operational/strategic business activities through analysis Present analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planningProduce, publish and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc client and operational reports relating to the development and performance of products, processes and technologiesYou need to ask yourself if you're good with constant change. Because you'll develop business solutions while constantly modifying existing business intelligence solutions. It's tough. Just when you think you've got something solved, a new wrinkle pops up. Required Qualifications:3+ years of experience in the following areas:Data and report analysisBusiness/finance, including analysis experience with a solid understanding of data storage structures Working with relational databases and database structures Gathering and documenting requirements from the client/business Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, or related field1+ years of experience with project methodology (requirements, design, development, test and implementation)Experience in the health care Industry Appeals and GrievanceTableauAbility to communicate analysis, including trends and opportunities, to clients and the business in writing and verbally Ability to problem solve, including multiple priorities, conflicting research and/or inaccurate dataCareers at UnitedHealthcare Community & State.
