(sm) Position SummaryWe are seeking a Programmer for our Los Angeles, CA location to responsible for the following: design, code, test, and analyze software programs and applications using Microsoft Technologies like C# (2.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5), and Web services. Programming using Microsoft technologies: .Net framework, C# and WCF. Programming using ASP.Net, LINQ and Entity Framework. UI & Web design using Microsoft web technologies like ASP.Net. Design & develop table schema, stored procedure, user defined functions, views and triggers using T-SQL. Design and develop table schema, stored procedure, user defined functions, views and triggers using T-SQL and SQL Server 2015. Designing SSIS Packages for transferring data from multiple data sources to destinations. Perform functional and integrated testing of software throughout various phases of the Software development lifecycle. Use Team Foundation Server (TFS) for version control for source code maintenance. Participate in requirement gathering and involved in various sprints using Agile methodologies for Software development. Design, development, implementation and support of Business Intelligence Solutions using Microsoft SSIS. Analyze EDI X12 transactions and file extensions. Research and document software specifications throughout the software development lifecycle. Design and develop reports and dashboards by extracting data from existing SQL Server databases. Provide system integrated and User Acceptance Support. Live production support by analyzing and amending application and software issues in a timely manner. Create impact analysis. Design, Code review and support documents. Provide technical assistance to analysts during the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Application Architecture design, coding and development using industry recommended design patterns and best practices. Monitor job run and evaluate job performance statistics. Enhancement and analysis of the existing system to increase processing efficiency. Assist with production deployment and post production support. Application related error resolution. Work with healthcare enterprise applications and analyze existing functionalities. Database query performance enhancement and tuning.
QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field and three (3) years experience. Must also have one year of demonstrated ability with each of the following: 1) Programming using Microsoft technologies: .Net framework, C# and WCF; 2) Knowledge of Healthcare X12 EDI transactions and file extensions; 3) Design and develop table schema, stored procedure, user defined functions, views and triggers using T-SQL and SQL Server 2015; 4) Programming using ASP.Net, LINQ and Entity Framework; and 5) Designing SSIS Packages for transferring data from multiple data sources to destinations. Employer will accept experience gained concurrently. We require completion of the following assessments during the interview process: Kenexa Prove It!
