Campus Community Technologies (CCT), a division of Information Technology Services, is responsible for enterprise services that meet the technology needs of academic and administrative units of the University. We offer application development, business process analysis, application architecture and road mapping; full support for solutions for student information systems, teaching and learning systems, facilities and public safety systems, interactive design, digital asset, content, contact, and document management; and, system integration services across all University entities. Reporting to the Director of Operations and Community Platforms for CCT, the Service Operations and Project Manager will be responsible for a broad range of analysis and coordination efforts which span a range of CCT initiatives. These include service operations, reporting, budgets and forecasting, and project coordination:
Build, track and forecast the division's financial and nonfinancial resources including establishing team and service budgets including pricing models. Reconcile expenditures, update forecasts and provide the division's overall financial information, analysis and reporting to monitor and evaluate financial performance of the division.
Establish a consistent and common set of metrics and dashboards for the division.
Analyze and report on performance for the division's services and operations.
Establish and document best operational practices and procedures to improve workflow.
Coordinate with the service management team to ensure overall consistency and application of service management processes.
Ensure operational compliance and continuous upkeep of divisional records.
Engage with colleagues to proactively plan, develop and estimate emerging projects for the annual portfolio process including total cost of ownership and cost benefit analysis.
Work closely with leadership, technical professionals, and project stakeholders as needed to ensure unit success.
Coordinate several routine projects simultaneously and work with delivery teams to ensure division objectives are met.

Proven ability to build strong working relationships with all levels of an organization and provide a superior customer service; taking ownership and accountability for deliverables, timeliness, accuracy and relationships.
Preferred Education, Experience and Skills: Master's in IT Management, Business Administration, Finance or similar. Excellent computer skills including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). Familiarity with developing dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools helpful (Tableau). Profit and loss or budgeting experience a plus. Understanding of Yale's budgeting process a plus.
Required Licenses Or Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field and five years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
