The Dietrich School of Arts and Sciences, Office of the Dean is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for the Decision Support and Information Technology Team.
Responsibilities for the incumbent include: - Developing and managing key relationships with constituents to determine needs, challenges, etc. - Analyze business processes and makes recommendations for technology enhancements - Supports questions about strategic problems with actionable data analysis - Develops dashboards, reporting solutions, ad hoc reports and other business intelligence related tasks
Must possess the ability to gather information on business processes, evaluate, determine and present new procedures or policies and prepare complex reports, analyses, and proposals and to interact with various levels within and outside the Dietrich School. Must be able to clearly and concisely provide one on one and group instruction to internal customers in the use of the Schools data and information systems.
Confidentiality and attention to detail are critical and absolutely necessary. Advanced analytical skills and ability with state of the art information systems are required.
