Leading a team of business and technology resources, the VP of Provider Technology and Reporting will be accountable for the strategy and operations of our provider-facing assets that are critical in bi-directional data exchange with our providers, enabling us and our network to optimize the overall care delivery for our members. These assets include HBI and PCOR. Required Qualifications:Undergraduate degree or higher level degree10+ years of experience in the Provider technology, tools and workflow space, including expertise in various technology tools used by provider groups and hospitals5+ years of supervisory experienceAt least an intermediate level of knowledge of health plan operations including claims processing5+ years of experience with Medicare and Medicaid regulationsIntermediate/Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and AccessPreferred Qualifications:Experience in vendor managementExperience in various Business Intelligence (BI) toolsKnowledge of Medicare Star Quality ProgramsCareers at UnitedHealthcare Medicare & Retirement.The Boomer generation is the fastest growing market segment in health care.
