As a Consumer Data Solutions Manager you will oversee administration, design, and development of data solutions / processes in supporting of the Marketing Consumer Engagement Platform in conjunction with our vendor host. You will collaborate with other departments to prioritize database development needs understanding various marketing performance metrics (ROI, Conversion, Attribution, etc.) in order to effectively translate business requirements into data solutions. Primary Responsibilities: Integrate data from various internal and external sources to provide information and insights to support the development of sound marketing strategies - examples include digital data, clinical data, claims data, client data and business data Work with the Marketing Campaigns & Reporting / Analytics team to develop a marketing data road map and implementations that coordinate with their processes and needs Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, synthesize high - level information into details, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs Support daily, weekly existing processes for data in support of consumer communications while continuously evaluating current processes for opportunities to streamline, build efficiencies and identify / resolve gapsIt will take your considerable ability to meet the challenge of overcoming technical and organizational challenges to collecting & exposing actionable data; working with large complex data sets, and finding the best ways to communicate why the data is meaningful.
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree (or higher) or High School Diploma / GED with 3+ years of Marketing / IT experience 2+ years working in Analytics, Business Intelligence or Database Development Experience with Enterprise - level databases, data warehouses, relational database structures and big data SQL experience and familiarity with other programming languages and tools Microsoft Excel skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Enterprise - level and multi - system data analysis Experience interfacing with development and business teams Experience with project management skillsCareers with Optum.
