The Client Reporting team sits within the wider Investment Solutions department, and is responsible for the preparation and dissemination of materials to Winton's global client base. The team works collaboratively across multiple business units to provide accurate and timely reporting, presentations and bespoke analytics.
We are looking for a talented and highly motivated individual to join the Client Reporting team. The candidate will assist with the preparation of regular reporting and presentations alongside implementing tactical and strategic process improvements. The successful candidate will be able to show examples of creativity, be encouraged to use their initiative and be eager to learn about Winton's business and the wider industry.
Develop and produce reports on performance and risk metrics
Develop customised documents and presentations to answer client specific requests, liaising with and forming effective relationships with other business units at Winton where appropriate
Act as contact within Investment Solutions for quantitative data associated with Winton's products
Address client queries by providing timely, accurate and relevant information
Conduct internal market research and provide regular management information where appropriate
Work closely with technology to develop and integrate the latest technologies that facilitate process improvements and ensure material is produced to the highest standard.
Take a lead role in projects within the function, team or wider business, presenting to senior management where appropriate
Active use of CRM and the development of business intelligence dashboards
Strong communication skills
Capable of managing multiple time sensitive tasks whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organisation skills demonstrating the ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
Advanced Microsoft Office is essential
Understanding of risk management techniques, derivative instruments and quantitative methods
Technical experience in SQL, VBA and Business Intelligence dashboards is preferable
