Manages all documentation and approvals for post award non-personal transactions
Uploads and maintains sponsored budgets in Oracle/GL
Manages all paper files/ documentation for archive files
Provides close out management support
All databases reviews and updates (e.g. OSP database, GRID. etc)
Manages personnel approval process for sponsored funding
OTHER SPONSORED SUPPORT (35%)
Develops and maintain database for data use agreements
Maintains database for consultant and service agreements
Authors monthly Dean's grant report
Provides trainings on HCOM, etc.
HGSE-OSP OFFICE MANAGEMENT (10%)
Works with Operations and IT to maintain and improve OSP facilities and technology
Manages HGSE-OSP Open Scholar website
Co-leads support for annual HUBS budget upload
General office support (copier, files, ordering, etc)
Staff meeting organization
Maintain office calendar on behalf of the Assistant Dean
Salary Grade: 055

Minimum 3 years related experience in finance or grants. Microsoft Office suite and database applications.
