The Program Manager is responsible for building relationships with and supporting the User Group Leaders. High value activities include the user group leader recruitment, onboarding, and development of their leadership skills. This position will build a well-balanced volunteer team, share best practices, provide leader resources and will effectively utilize Dynamics Communities’ systems, processes, and assets.

Power BI or other Business Intelligence software experience
