Infrastructure Services a division of Information Technology Services, is responsible for enterprise systems that meet the needs of all units of the University. We offer a full range in infrastructure services including; systems administration, database and cloud services, enterprise architecture and support solutions services across all University entities. Our mission is enable faculty, students, staff, and University departments to rapidly deploy IT Infrastructure in pursuit of Yale's mission and to provide easy to access to services that automatically deploy essential, reliable, scalable and secure infrastructure.
Reporting to the Director of Portfolio and Program Management, Infrastructure Services, the Sr. Program Manager of Infrastructure Services will be responsible for: infrastructure project and program planning and execution. Manage infrastructure projects and programs and deliver projects on time and budget. Assist with coordinating the annual project portfolio planning process for the department including scheduling, communicating, and delivering Infrastructure Services long range and road-map planning deliverables. Engage with colleagues to proactively plan, develop and estimate emerging projects work with department leaders to develop and communicate business cases.
Track and forecast projects and program financial and non-financial resources. Build, track, and forecast financial plans for assigned projects. Provides comprehensive financial information, analysis and reporting to monitor and evaluate the application of the financial resources, (e.g. performance against budget).
Analyze and report on performance for projects, program and operations. Analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources, and design and create accurate and timely reports for all assignments. Collaborate with all levels of management, both internally and externally, to gather, analyze, summarize, prepare, and present analysis and status. Assess level of financial and nonfinancial resources available for assigned initiatives to achieve project and program goals (e.g., funding, technology, resources). Act as a liaison between the department and ITS' Portfolio Management and Governance. Perform project, administrative, or operational related tasks as required.

Preferred Education, Experience and Skills: Master's in IT Management, Business Administration, Finance or similar, preferred. Excellent computer skills including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). Familiarity with developing dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools helpful (Tableau, Power BI).Profit and loss or budgeting experience a plus.
Required Licenses Or Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field and five years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
