Education: Bachelors degree required or equivalent work experience OR Masters or PhD in a field indicating complex analytical thinking which may substitute for some experience.
Experience: Demonstrated reporting experience is required, as is 2+ years experience with Relational Databases. Experience with Relational Database and data management required. 1+ years experienceand proficiency reporting fromthe following types of systems or equivalent systems is required (or other systems as identified by the Manager/Director): Epic Inpatient, Epic Ambulatory, Epic Rx, Epic Optime, Epic Radiant, Epic Cardiant, Epic Stork, Epic Cadence, Epic HB, Epic PB, Epic ADT, Epic HIM, Epic Prelude, Epic Beacon, Epic ASAP, Epic Bridges, Lab, Meaningful Use,Syngo, Home Health, 3M Clintrac, Cactus, Teletracking, Mosaiq, Sovera, Right-CAD, HP Service Manager. (examples, not all required). 3+ years Healthcare information technology experience preferred. Experience using Epic and SAP reporting tools strongly preferred. Experience with benchmarking tools strongly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills are required. Detail oriented, strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills. Ability to analyze, diagnose, suggest and implement process modifications. Strong customer service orientation and ability to follow through issues to resolution. Ability to interact with people from all organizational levels and build consensus through negotiation and diplomacy. Ability to be flexible, versatile and adaptable in day to day activities. Research Reporting Analysts only; Experience with research IRB/OSP processes and project approval data release.
Licensure/Certification: Epic Clarity Database, Epic Reporting Workbench, Epic Radar, or other application or reporting tool certification or formal proficiency required in a minimum of two areas.
