Join a dynamic team driven to build technological solutions to deliver high-touch executive education programs to senior leaders from all over the world. The ideal candidate will bring technical project management expertise and will play a vital role as project lead in creating new and enhanced technical systems to improve work-flow, operations, and efficiency.
Translate business processes into system requirements and/or development of systems solutions.
Analyze new business requirements, assist with feasibility of enhancement requests, system functionality, current system use and user needs.
Specify functional analysis and design; work with developers and liaise with external vendors and partners to recommend solutions and resolve system issues.
Review, research and evaluate software to determine its usefulness and appropriateness as related to existing or proposed business systems; assist or develop preliminary and detailed system design documentation.
Perform testing of new systems, upgrades and patching of existing systems; plan, conduct and document results of testing.
Develop instructional materials, training guides and task aids.
Advise users requiring assistance in solving complex problems or issues regarding management and business systems.
Be a power user of all technologies used by Exec Ed and the GSB in order to support staff.
Analyze data and provide data sets to users for analysis and develop operational and analytical reports for end users.
Facilitate discussions and negotiations to drive recommendation consensus within scope of responsibility. Develop and help execute comprehensive change management strategy and communication plan relative to project scope and stakeholders on a focused project; actively manage resistance to change.
Effectively manage a complex workload, prioritize tasks and use good judgment in providing services based on goals.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree and five years relevant experience or a combination of education and relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of computer system capabilities, business processes, and work flow
Experience with enterprise applications and understanding of database driven applications built using Salesforce, SQL server and/or Oracle
Strong understanding of the software development life cycle
Knowledge of principles and techniques used in conducting management studies and in systems analysis
Current knowledge of rapidly changing computer technology. Depth of knowledge in technical discipline/domain needed to deliver projects
Skill in conducting interviews and facilitating group meetings
Skill in developing and conducting training programs
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to bridge functional and technical resources by communicating effectively with indivduals of varying systems expertise and business needs
Strong listening, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Demonstrated resilience, diplomacy, influence and relationship building skills in a variety of situations
Ability to design and document complex business systems
Proven problem solving and analytical thinking and ability to approach problems logically and systematically
Proficiency in using Microsoft and Google tools and project management tools such as jira, smartsheet etc. to build workflows, processes and documentation highly desirable
Project Management Professional (PMP) certified completion of a Project Management Certificate program highly desirable
Experience with Tableau or other reporting, business intelligence and visualization tools highly desirable
Knowledge of programming in SQL, Visual Basic or other programming languages desirable
Certificates and Licenses Required:
Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
Frequently sit, grasp lightly/fine manipulation.
Occasionally stand/walk, use a telephone.
Rarely writing by hand, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds.
