Develop and execute an Annual Business Plan to generate growth and capture market share for products and Sub-BUs.
Execute and improve the GDSP for represented Business Units products and Sub-BUs: Funnel Management, Must Wins Opportunities, and Migration & Conversion Target to accomplish Sales Goals.
Assure the sales quota achievement to the represented RA product division and Sub-BUs.
Analyze market conditions, evaluate RA and Competitors market share and be aware of trends affecting customers and marketplace.
Design and execute the local plan for New Product Launches, Local Commercial Programs and Technology Position Campaign to achieve the sales growth and position RA technology.
Maintain direct business relationship with volume and key customers Decision Makers, identifying their need and propose solutions to retain existing business, generate new business and improve customer loyalty.
Support the Sales Force to identify target customer and develop sales action plans to grow business across represented Business Units products.
Establish appropriate metrics to track the success of Product Launches, Commercial Programs and Technology Position Campaigns in order to achieve the sales growth.
Review periodically the metrics and execution of Annual Business Plan execution, Distributor Sales Plan, Product Launches, Technology Position Campaigns and Commercial Programs.
Actively participate with RA and Partner Network in identifying and closing major opportunities.
Leverage with technology, doing pre sales proof of concept, been able to promote the value-add of the assigned products in competitive situations and collaborating in the Win Strategy Process to engagements and position the RA Technology.
