It's the opportunity to do your life's best work.(sm)As an integral member of the Reporting and Workforce Team, the Senior Analyst will assist the team in the development and production of reports that inform operational and market leadership as well as Senior Management about operational and employee performance. The Senior Analyst will be someone who combines report building, data gathering and report production management experience with business acumen. Primary Responsibilities:Work closely with customers to create compelling business intelligence content using Tableau and SQLBuild, generate and distribute reports to stakeholders Work collaboratively within Virtual Operations and HEDIS to support operational reporting and analytics needs related to employee performance reporting. Conduct necessary research and remediation of identified data discrepancies, calculation errors, or data issues in reporting Develop and maintain automated report production and QA processes to reduce resource demand and facilitate data analysis
Required Qualifications:3+ Years developing Tableau reports using Tableau desktop and Tableau server3+ Years of experience writing SQL queries. Excellent command of SQL programmingExperience in reporting and analytics, working with large and multi-sourced dataIntermediate level proficiency with Workforce management methodologies and Advanced level proficiency with MS Excel, including complex formulas and pivot tablesPreferred Qualifications:Experience and proficiency in SharePoint site building and maintenanceExperience as a workforce management analyst in a call center and/or back office operationsUnderstanding of Small Business and HEDIS operations and business modelsCareers at UnitedHealthcare Employer & Individual.
