Summary If you eat, sleep and breathe data, and want to positively impact the lives of patients in our community as part of an innovative team, the senior experience analyst position may be for you. The senior experience analyst is responsible for data mining and business intelligence in order to enable a new standard of healthcare delivery. In this role, you will support the Manager of Market Research, and conduct advanced analyses, develop custom reporting/dashboards, and standardize all data used for organization-wide solutions.
We're looking for a natural and innovative problem solver who can't stop their curious mind and has a desire to dig deep for insights that answer UCHealth's key strategic questions.
Development of patient experience metrics: Work with the Market Research Manager and experience team to audit existing reports and develop new ways to present data in a meaningful and actionable way to internal parties.
Maintain data quality: Monitor and manage the data quality process on a daily basis. Work with internal developers and the data collection vendor to ensure quality is maintained.
Generate and present insightful analysis of survey data: Develop meaningful analytical interpretations of patient experience data. Identify performance gaps and underlying drivers related to organizational business goals.
Serve as the internal patient experience data expert: In-depth understanding of all policies, regulations and methodology related to patient experience data and serve as the go-to resource for all queries, data pulls and reports.
Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Business or related field.
5 years of market research or related experience.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Sound knowledge of primary survey research design, data management, analysis, and reporting.
Ability to effectively communicate data, statistics and other research-related findings and concepts to non-researchers.
Must have ability to solve problems, prioritize and complete work within deadlines.
Excellent written and oral communication, organizational and customer service skills.
Interest in finding solutions to problems or methodology for improving deliverables.
Structured thinking and the ability to decompose ambiguous questions into discrete data problems, form hypotheses, and answer with clear actionable insights.
Self-starter mentality, a strong sense of ownership, and an insatiable appetite for learning.
Team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
