Work with users to develop and document requirements, design new features, and examine issues for web applications. Transform business requirements to functional requirements
Use Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau and contribute to the Enterprise Reporting Framework (ERF). The team is one of the Centers of Excellence (CoEs) for ERF
Create Issuer Survey templates and document the process
Communicate effectively with both business contacts and software engineers. Provide project support on key, strategic cross- LOB projects
Coordinate and collaborate with various functions/teams to create and enhance management reporting, such as quarterly reports and SLA reporting
Identify and analyze risks/problems and recommend solutions
Conduct or participate in ad-hoc analyses, presentations, and special projects as needed
Operations Data & Controls
4-6 years of related work experience
Bachelor's degree in business (e.g., Finance, Economics) or Computer Science. Master's degree preferred
Strong Business Analysis skills
Knowledge and capability to effectively liaise with business and software engineers on technical issues related to application, servers, databases
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Self-starter who is highly motivated and organized, with a focus on quality and attention to detail
Effective time management and prioritization skills. Able to drive project delivery on time
Strong MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio skills
Knowledge of SQL, SharePoint, web applications, and business intelligence tools such as Tableau preferred
Knowledge of agile project development
