Supports strategic utilization of workforce metrics as an essential pillar of organizational business strategies. Supplies analysis in support of talent management initiatives and ongoing assessment of HR programs effectiveness. Designs and delivers reporting solutions that will improve or automate current processes. Works with the Human Capital Management team to assure data integrity and optimization using reporting/analytics.
-Serves as primary reporting and analytics resource to ensure optimization and alignment of all current and new operational HCM reports.
-Performs system administration duties as necessary to support HCM enterprise and field teams
-Partners with internal clients to ensure business requirements are met by using the correct data sources.
-Works closely with the enterprise and field HCM teams to design and build audit processes that ensure transaction accuracy.
-Builds dashboards and reports, assists with presentations and visual aids used to facilitate the decisions of HR and business leaders. Develops high quality deliverables (status updates, read-outs, etc.) catered to audience appropriately and with close attention to detail.
-Integrates data from multiple systems and develops analytics to help the organization better manage their workforce resources.
-Develops executive summary reports and other business intelligence tools to analyze data, perform trend analysis and identify data discrepancies.
-Performs reconciliations to ensure data integrity in systems implementations and analytics projects.
-Assists in development of training materials and partner in change management efforts and organizational readiness. Develops training materials that help end users better utilize reporting solutions
Required: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field such as finance, accounting or data analytics. Minimum of 5 years workforce analytics experience. 3+ years of PeopleSoft 9.2 or commensurate HRIS/HCM systems experience. Familiarity with talent management software including ATS, LMS and performance management systems. Proficiency with SQL/SQR, PSQuery, BI Publisher, COGNOS analytics tools as applicable. Presentation software and communications expertise. Preferred: 7-10 years HR/HCM. Payroll and ATK systems experience.
This position will be located at one of the RWJBarnabas Health corporate offices in either: West Orange, System Business Office in Oceanport, or Campus Drive in Somerset.
