Fulfillment & Flow Centers - A role in Fulfillment and Flow Centers means a close-to-the-action opportunity to increase sales through continually innovating how guests get their hands on product from Target.com, increasing their satisfaction and further differentiating Target from all the rest. You’ll help establish the best ways to achieve critical tasks, as well as the reporting standards that indicate success or improvement opportunity. You’ll reach beyond the bounds of your team to partner across the enterprise and find solutions for Logistics. And you’ll intimately understand our owned fulfillment network and how to get the most out of it for lowest possible cost.
Network Planning and Operations Design - A role in Network Planning and Operations Design means applying logical intelligence to modernize Logistics. You’ll help invent and design new automations. You’ll keep a close eye on the daily uptime of our distribution centers and the complex mechanics within each. You’ll analyze capacity and inform how to best use our available storage space. And you’ll participate in network planning, bringing your concepts to life through future building asset design, or topology, for both direct-to-store and direct-to-guest logistics.
