We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated developer to serve as Developer / Integration Specialist for the university's Information Technology Enterprise Application team. Install, configure, and deploy enterprise applications including but not limited to ERP, CRM.
Design, develop and manage integration and automation jobs.
Planning, analysis, coordination, support and maintenance of the ERP systems and other related client integrations and applications.
Work with customers to gather and interpret requirements into solutions.
Work with multiple database systems and structures including Oracle Database and MS SQL Server.
Work with academic and functional counterparts and conceptualize as well as develop solutions that meet the need of the users and the university.
Work with various enterprise applications and business intelligence systems including Banner, Workday and others.
Document activities, automation and integration jobs.
Install, configure, maintain and upgrade to software and any required technologies in support of the applications.
Work with Architecture team on improving and evolving implementation and migration standards, automation, and scripting.
Work on documenting client environments and processes.
Partner with Cloud Services team members in support of Hosted and Managed client upgrades, migrations and implementations.
Must be able to work in a team atmosphere.
Performing technical troubleshooting covering data migrations, interoperability, middleware, performance and product related issues.
Effectively using company tools and software to record information about the technical infrastructure, problem reports, troubleshooting steps and processes and resolution steps for customer reported issues.
Be available for on-call rotations as needed.
2+ years of ERP system and application administration.
Must be able to multi-task and balance a workload among many clients.
Experience with scripting languages like python.
Data integration experience.
Knowledge of UC4, SSIS, CRON and other integration and automation tools.
Experience with SOAP, REST, JSON, WSDL's and other API's.
Tomcat, IIS and other web server(s).
