Erie Family Health Center is looking for an analytical and focused individual like you to joining our Business Intelligence Team! As an integral team member, the Reporting Analyst is responsible for design, development, implementation and support of mission-critical enterprise reports.
Supports the organization's data gathering, assembly and reporting needs by designing and executing data queries against Electronic Health Record, Practice Management, and other data sources
Work with cross-functional teams, the Analyst will participate to gather and document reporting requirements to meet business needs
Assists in developing reports required by federal, state, local and grant partners
Utilizes a system to track data requests, run & distribute existing data reports, and analyze data to determine validity and trends
Build crystal report or SQL queries to address key department level and enterprise metrics for self-administration and analysis by managers; train managers on available reporting tools
High School Diploma, Required; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field, preferred
1 year of experience with BI reporting tools, Crystal Reports or SQL required, 2 years preferred
Exceptional MS Excel proficiency required
Experience in data report writing and analysis in a health care setting.
Ability to analyze unfamiliar database schemas and determine relevant data elements per reporting requirements
Ability to transform reporting requirements into completed reports in a self-directed fashion
Ability to travel between sites and inspect clinics on occasion. Access to a car is not required, but would be helpful
