Under the direction of the Manager of Cancer Care Network, the Data and Quality Analyst (Analyst V) will be responsible for Cancer Care Network analysis, reporting and overall data needs of the CCN. Performs analysis of clinical outcomes, patient adherence, survey metrics, financial outcomes, business and clinical trial reporting. Create and distribute reports to monitored indicators. Collects data, validation, analysis, modeling, coordination of reporting of data for internal and external use. Develops performance improvement quality and safety projects with appropriate methodology. Coach staff and managers on data interpretation. Apply program management techniques to ensure the on-time, high-quality delivery of all projects. Manage projects and ensure their compliance with department and regulatory requirements.Required:--Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and/ or an equivalent combination of education, training, and progressively responsible professional experience.--Previous experience and exposure to providing complex data to executive level constituents.--Experience conducting complex data analysis projects as well as measuring and monitoring the consistency and accuracy of data produced through statistical analysis. --Proficiency in understanding of relational databases, database structure and design, data management and data warehousing.--Advanced knowledge of analytics, business intelligence, information systems.--Performance excellence, project management, communications.--Understanding of medical terminology.Preferred:--Advanced degree(s), such as MBA, MHA, or similar.--Work experience in hospital operations/management and/or management --consulting.--Experience with oncology quality metrics, payment models and healthcare market analysis.--Experience w/ large data manipulation using analytical tools such as Tableau, qlikview.SPECIAL REQUIREMENT:--Must be able to work flexible schedule and travel for work as needed.--THIS POSITION MAY BE SUBJECT TO A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION, DRUG SCREEN, LIVE SCAN FINGERPRINTING, MEDICAL EVALUATION CLEARANCE, AND FUNCTIONAL CAPACITY ASSESSMENT
