In our London office, we are looking for a dynamic self-starter to join MeDiret Group to work closely with the Group head of Wealth Management on business plans for new products and services, to enhancing the data analytics on our client activity and to pro-actively develop this business activity across the group. Expect to receive a lot of responsibility within from the start with the opportunity to shape the client data analytics platform together with a business intelligence and digital marketing team.
You will lead and participate in various projects, including analysis of customer behaviour insights, analytical tasks relating to the investment platform and preparing financial projections for the business. Thorough excel skills are essential together with the ability to (learn quickly how to) use analytical software such as ClickView and Google Analytics.
Organize, synthesize, and continuously monitor client, portfolio and asset information
Analyse impact of marketing initiatives on client behaviour
Segment the client base and produce and manage databases for digital marketing
Produce / support the production of business plans and strategic projects
Produce / support the production of communications to key stakeholders (i.e. Board of Directors, regulators, shareholder, senior management and other third parties)
Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
Facilitate efficient business operations including leading and assisting with process and system improvement projects
Keep abreast of competitors activities and main trends affecting the online wealth management industry including FinTech innovations
Your mind-set, knowledge, skills and experience
You are a dynamic self-starter who takes initiative and has good common and commercial sense
You have achieved excellent academic results in a quantitative, finance or IT related subject
We are looking for someone who is very analytical with strong attention to detail
You are passionate about analysing data, spotting trends and drawing conclusions that can drive the business forward
Your communication skills mean that presenting your findings in a clear and concise manner, in writing and verbally, is second nature to you
You are able to multi-task, manage workflow under tight deadlines and work with numerous colleagues across the group and across countries
You enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment (we have lost count but expect to encounter many different nationalities at MeDirect Group)
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point are essential and an interest in learning other tool such as Clickview, Google Analytics, etc.
