OHSU is embarking on a multi-year population health program known as Healthy Planet. Within this program are two projects:

Retirement of a legacy, custom-built data, Oracle 12c warehouse known as OHSUDW
Transition of end user reports from IBM Cognos to Business Objects and Epic Cogito Reporting
Integration of 3rd party data, including other OHSU partner and community connect sites, payors, patient satisfaction data, benchmarks and more.
The Epic CDW Operationalization will be strategically designed to provide the analytics and reporting necessary to support OHSU in delivering on initiatives such as Value Based Care and Healthy Planet Population Management.
